DMCA elementary students will be counting the days with letters this school year as part of a new rotating six-day LETTER schedule. Under the new "LETTER" schedule, special subjects including Art, Music, Health & Wellness, STREAM, Computer Science, and Spanish (Grades 2-6) will be assigned a letter rather than a day of the week. Our 8th Grade Boys Basketball Team has taken first place in the local Parochial Basketball League. They defeated the 7th and 8th Grade team from Windber. Spiritual Olympics Retreat Focuses on Consecrated Life

Our Divine Mercy seventh grade boys made a Spiritual Olympics Retreat on Tuesday, February 6. The event was coordinated by the Sister Servants of the Sacred Heart at their retreat house near Cresson. Presenters included Sister Jacinta Miryam, Sister Marietta Therese, Father Joseph Lehman, and Mrs. Tracy Ingold. The pope has declared 2018 the Year of the Consecrated Life.
